Quality Area Co-ordinator (f/m) position for the Hinkley Point nuclear project in England

Technical Engineering Support (TES) is an engineering company created over 30 years ago, specializing in the coordination of tests and industrial commissioning. TES also supports its customers in participating in studies and coordinating the assembly of industrial equipment.
As part of our activity, we have a position to fill as Quality Area Co-ordinator (f/m) for nuclear project Hinkley-Point UK.
Role Purpose :
Completions orientated Records Area Co-ordinators interfacing with MEH (Mechanical Electricity HVAC) Multi-Disciplinary Teams and relevant stakeholders to capture & process Area discipline-type LTQR deliverables on time and in line with Project deadlines ensuring completion and delivery of associated scope LTQR deliverables to support End of Erection Status Reports.
Accountabilites :
Take responsibility of assigned MDT Area and be the main POC for all Area LTQR deliverables. Manage & support assigned Area LTQR technicians to capture & progress Area relevant records in accordance with project deadlines to meet handover specifications to support in accordance with project deadlines to meet handover specifications to support End of Erection Status Report.
Be the focal point & have a completions orientated attitude for the assigned MDT Area and address any upcoming issues promptly in line with MED contractual requirements; liaise with Site Wide Records Discipline Leads to progress specific Area LTQR Deliverables, on time and ensure 100% RFT. Complete records against Area scope and LOD management.
Monitor and offer continuous support to assigned area techncians to ensure performance and targets are met (coordinating and assigning individual Records Technicians work). Support with training and knowledge sharing amongst the team, provide data for management review and reporting.
Key Deliverables :
Oversee the delivery of all discipline-type records for an assigned area, completing records against area scope and LOD management.
Oversee progressive LTQR delivery as part of RFT acceptance
Responsible for tracking area progress and create reports for management review
*LTQRs are one of the principal forms of objective evidence for quality assurance and conformance inspection and testing.
Pré-requis du poste
Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of interaction and resolving issues with a wide range of stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
Experience wording in a quality assurance/control environment within the nuclear industry or other relevant safety critical industry
Qualifications in a Engineering discipline, ONC/HNC/HND (or equivalent experience) beneficial but not mandatory
Working in Alliance agreement projects
